If you would like to return or exchange a new and unused item within 30 days of purchasing, please follow the below instructions:
- Contact Mere at email@example.com informing us of your interest in a return or exchange
- We will respond to your request as soon as possible and provide you with a return label free of charge
- Send new and unused item(s) back to Mere Clothing at address provided on the return label (Mere Clothing 3 Bayberry lane Nantucket Ma 02554). Your products must be returned in the original packaging, unused, unwashed, including any boxes, and other signature packaging materials, including hang tags.
- Upon receipt of the item, we will begin processing and send you a replacement item or provide you with a refund within 5-10 business days*

Mere offers complimentary return shipping on all orders**. We are pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 14 days from the date you received your order. You have 30 days after the item was purchased for a store credit.
**Certain sale items and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Pre-orders placed across multiple cards will be refunded to the same cards used, regardless of the cards being removed from the site, cards expiring, or updating card information.
Your products must be returned in the original packaging, unused, unwashed, including any boxes, and other signature packaging materials, including hang tags. If your order did not include the proper packaging or arrived damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
Any returned products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are satisfactorily returned and inspected by Mere.
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
